OUR SALES POLICY
By purchasing a bunny from us, it is assumed you have read our sales policy and agree to the terms laid out herein.
To purchase a bunny, you must be 18+ years or have a parent's permission.
Rabbits are offered on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable $50.00 deposit per rabbit is required to hold the bunny of your choice. First person to place a deposit secures the bunny. I do my best to be fair and go in order of our wait list, but I do not reserve any bunnies until a deposit has been received. Deposit goes towards the price of the bunny.
If you place a deposit for multiple rabbits and decide you only want one, deposits for any additional bunnies are forfeited and cannot be applied to the price of the single bunny purchase.
If you place a deposit for a bunny and decide it is not the best time to add a bunny to your family, deposits can be held and used for a later purchase up to one year.
Final payment is due at pick up.
Cash, Venmo, or PayPal are acceptable methods of payment.
Pick up is at my rabbitry unless other arrangements are made in advance. I will travel up to 30 minutes away for an additional fee.
Pick up day is 8 weeks from date of birth. If you are not able to pick up your bunny within 7 days of the pick up day, remaining balance will be due in order for us to continue to hold your bunny. Once final payment is made, we will hold your bunny for up to 2 weeks at no charge. After 2 weeks, there will be a $5 per day boarding fee.
Gender determination in rabbits is most accurate at 8-10 weeks of age. However, some breeders, like myself, are able to discern gender shortly after birth. Genders are not 100% guaranteed as even the most experienced breeders make mistakes. It can be difficult to sex young rabbits, but I do my best to ensure accuracy by the time they leave for their new homes. Mix ups can happen and we do not refund or exchange bunnies should this occur.
I only sell bunnies that are healthy to the best of my knowledge. I encourage you to look your bunny over at time of pick up. By leaving my rabbitry with your bunny, you agree they are in good health. I will not give a refund once bunny leaves my rabbitry unless a letter from a vet is obtained stating it was the fault of the breeder.
We will not sell a bunny unless we are sure it will be well taken care of. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
We will take back unwanted bunnies as long as we have space in our rabbitry. Bunny should be returned with cage and an unopened bag of whichever pellets you are using. For the health and safety of all our bunnies, we may refuse to take a rabbit back if we suspect it is ill.

Baby bunnies are fragile and can pass away in the first 8 weeks of life for unknown reasons. This is known as "Failure to Thrive" and we monitor our kits closely to ensure they are developing properly. We will notify you immediately if you have put a deposit on a kit showing signs of underlying health issues and will only sell bunnies who are healthy to the best of our knowledge. It is a heartbreaking experience to lose a baby bunny, and we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening.
Please read our 'Bunny Care', 'Feeding', 'Welcome Home, and 'Dos and Don'ts' pages for additional information.
